Criminal Justice and Criminology Major, B.S.
Bachelor of Science
The Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology offers an amalgam of courses that detail the ins and outs of the justice system and will prepare you for a demanding career. We also provide you with the opportunity to study abroad in South Korea, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom to compare and contrast our criminal justice system with those in other parts of the world.
Our graduates represent MSU Denver throughout police and sheriff’s departments throughout Colorado and even at the federal level with the FBI and Secret Service. They’ve also continued their education at graduate programs throughout the country in pursuit of degrees in law.
Combined, our faculty brings substantial teaching and professional experience to our classrooms to mold you into the expert you’ll need to be in your profession. We work closely with every student in an advisory role to ensure that you meet the requirements for your degree and that you’re on track to your dream job.
